Patient safety information

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Very common side effects (may effect more than 1 in 10 people) include bleeding and increased liver enzymes. Common side effects (may effect up to 1 in 10 people) include bruising easily, pink patches on your skin, skin rash, itching, bruising/pain at injection site, decreased red blood cell count, high blood platelet count, and headache. For a full list of side effects, please read the patient information leaflet included in your pack and consult your doctor or nurse for more information.

Reporting of side effects

Adverse events should be reported. Reporting forms and information can be found at www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard or search for MHRA Yellow Card in the Google Play or Apple App Store.
